Dr. Raul Rios Centeno tells a story of a patient who claims she was in a time slip which caused her hemiplegia, paralysis of half the body. Her story was that she was out camping with some friends when they came on a cabin and people were dancing inside. She stuck half her body in the door to see inside and she said she saw people dressed in 17th century clothing. Her friend pulled her out of the door and that is when the half of her body that was inside the door was suddenly paralyzed.

Something bad must happen when you are half way in one time line and the other half is in another timeline. Look what happened to the sailors of the Philadelpha Experiment who were rumored to be sliced in half and/or stuck in the floors and such (if I remember correctly).
