Does anybody know what the cutaway diag REALLY is?

My own personal guesses are as follows:
1. Some form of laser.
2. Cesium atomic clock.
3. Military radio reciever device.
4. Fibre Optic Fusion Splicer (it's a real thing)
5. A makey up drawing to accompany a device put together from a variety of Junk
6. Oh and of course, a GE C204 Portable Time Travel Device.
If you want to knock a few things off the list(Or add more, please feel free to do so). No. 3 seems a little unlikely to me as the cutaway just seems too full of stuff. I believe there is alot of empty space in a radio.

I'm rather new here. This whole issue about John Titor I find fascinating. Can anyone give me a potted history about the chap? And, where can I see the cutaway diagram that you are all talking about?
I have a bit of expertise in certain electrical engineering fields (amongst other things) and I may be able to come to some conclusions.

The latest argument in the said Titor threads at Anomalies, is the information that was supposedly given to Pamela Moore, which is also said to be replicated by Rick Donaldson and Darby Darbyshire, to an extent.
Items not figured out with the said use of this machine, is how the operator works the machines, if being near the said zero-point generators is a hazardous area?
This would indicate the use of a cable with a remote placed on it, in order to safely work said unit.
Technical items can look as similar to other technical items, with differing said uses.
This item was said to have a military affinity as said by Donaldson as of late?
What I'm curious about at this moment, is a possible subversive plot, entailing a charge of inciting to conspire against government?This is as allot of the said information coming from said Titor disclosures, does intimate a possible civil war, in the short future tense.
If this actions by the holders of this information is not true and this proves to be a hoax, then the issue of sincerity of political cause, may come into question?

Exactly. The only realistic conclusion one could come to about these pictures is that it is some kind of unit that was meant to be portable. From this it is not terribly evident that it has to be a time machine. It could be a portable jamming unit that a field soldier uses to create an electronic jamming decoy or interference. There are a bunch more possible explanations than "it has to be a time machine."

In this reality, the source as a underwater Navy communications apparatus, does have a few web instances?
This apparatus was specially designed to talk to divers, due to the change in frequency, at below ocean depths.
I'm sure, very sure there is photographic source materials, on this say?
