do anyone here know how to astral time travel?

Why? Are you looking to correct o few mistakes in the past to ensure a better " Now" ? Like in the movie Butterfly Effect? What if your spirit leaves your body to try to go in the past and you get stuck there? Would your body be able to wake up without a soul/spirit matrix? Would the body die or be comatose? These are not chances I would be taking lightly. I say, let the chips fall will they may. Leave the past and mistakes alone, brush yourself off, do better in the present.
