Just thought some of you would like to know that an interesting time travel movie called Disaster in Time will be on tonight(Sunday 16th Dec) on the Sci-Fi Channel.

Actually I got to watch it simply because I saw your post in time to watch it...otherwise I would have missed it. I had no idea it was on.
The best part was when he time traveled and then came face to face with his other self. Then he actually started an argument with himself! I had to laugh thinking to myself I wonder how many of us would fight with ourselves if we came face to face with our other self...
This is actually the second movie I have seen where the time travelers in the future utilized time travel to view disasters.

Yes, I had seen the movie before and it was a good movie, so I thought others might like to catch it because it is not shown often. It deals with all of the classic elements of time travel. I liked the line about how time is more resilent then you might think.
Although, the ending clearly sweeps away the potential paradox by simply ignoring it. You have to Ben characters one from today and the other from tomorrow, so the guy takes tomorrow's Ben and brings him back to his time. Which I think is a bit strange.
I have thought about this problem of multiple selfs and how you could fix the issue. I think quantum entanglment may be the answer. Entangle your alternate lineself with yourself. I really do not know if such a thing is even possible. I know that they have entangled groups of hundreds of atoms, I am not sure if it would work on a much larger scale.

Entangle yourself? Sounds like that would be "a disaster right away".
