Coast to Coast AM

Does anyone else think coast to coast has been boring recently? It seems like its all been fluff when Ive listened in. I wish theyd do a good show about aliens.

I've observed, and I rarely listen in, that the show has been boring for several years (with the exception of my one hour guest spot a few years ago /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif )

BTW - the guest spot was March 20, 2007, a John Titor show.

I used to listen regularly in the 90's. Art managed to have some interesting (though obviously "odd") guests. Since George took over every time I flip my XM over to his show (once every few months) it's the same small guest list - usually promoting another book: Steven Greer, Linda Moulton Howe, Whitley Streiber, David L. Anderson). Booooring.

Art was very obvious with his voice inflections that most of the time he didn't believe a word that the majority of his guests (and callers) were saying. At least he tried to mask his feelings. George just says "That's incredible." No one seems to catch on when he says that. What does the word "incredible" mean?
Most of Noory's callers tend to sound (to me at least) like they've been off their Prozac a day or two too long. The rest sound like trolls looking for their 3 minutes of radio fame.

So I listen in for five minutes just to see if anything has changed. The only thing that changes is my XM radio station. Five minutes was four too long.

I would agree that it is still one of the best shows, so many are not worth listening to. However, I also feel the same way darby does, the golden days were the nineties.

yeah, i miss art bell. its defenitely not near as good anymore, and you are right. alot of nutjobs call in. whats nice though is that art still does the show every once in a while from the phillipines. plus my station plays reruns of the old shows.

yeah, ive heard the rerun show somewhere in time with art bell when im in another town, but my local station doesnt play it. makes me sad

Easdraagl,

When C2C is on the air in Wichita go to this URL:

http://www.knssradio.com//

Click on "Listen Live" and you can listen to Noory (or Art on the weekend when he's guest hosting). Or you can go to the C2C website and for $60.00 a year you can sign up to listen. Hmmm...which choice is better.

Actually the choice, if you can afford it and want the perks, is to sign up. You can then listen live on C2C or receive the show and any archived show that you choose delivered as a podcast to iTunes or any Apple iDevice. I guess to want the perks you'd have to be a real fan at $60.00 a year

haha i actually just use my radio to tune in to that station at night. ive thought long and hard about that $60 deal, but havent brought myself to commit to it yet.

Good. I'm glad that you can listen in now.

Yeah, the $60.00 "deal" has been a thorn in several of our sides for over a decade. In the spring of 2001 two months after Titor stopped posting, Art took the website down without any notice. It came back a few months later but when it did you had to subscribe via credit card to access the BBS and the online show stream. Accessing the archive was a premium on top. Of course none of the threads from the original forum made the cut when it came back. It's a good thing that a few of us had our personal archives of the Titor thread. That's how the TT forum started on Anomalies.net. We posted the thread and continued the "I Am From 2036" discussion there though it took us anout six weeks to notify everyone who had been posting where the discussion had moved. There were only a few people who were posting here who were also posting on the Post-2-Post forum.

That action by Art and Premiere Radio lost me as a fan and listener. Everyone is entitled to make a profit on their business but Art and Premiere simply decided to turn the site off in the middle of the night while we were posting with no warning and no explanation. That's the action that lost my listenership.

Looks maybe like a good show on tonight (6-5-11). Usually I don't even check the website that much anymore and actually it is on too late here, but perhaps I may check more often. Too much other news lately and other things to be done to spend much time just sitting around more.

(FREE WEEKLY COAST TO COAST)

Hi everyone.

I found a cheap way to listen to Coast To Coast on the net.

Go to ksfo560 radio station. See link below.

FREE COAST TO COAST

http://www.ksfo560.com/article.asp?id=534876

This site has a week of mp3 archive so you have a limited time frame to listen to coast to coast starting at 11pm every day of the week. But after a full week of any time period the on line archive expires and a newer coast to coast will go in its place.

Thanks. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Coast to Coast AM is on youtube and it shows about a 10 minute preview and in the details section there's a link to download the whole audio for that day. That's been going on for a little over 6 months now.

The latest uploaded audio feed is 6-30-11 but I'm sure that they'll update it soon.

Link:

Now you know where to get the latest and past 6 months episodes.
