closer than you think

My friends, How you choose to define time is not important, time is very real. You can open a locked door many ways, but using a key will always be the easiest. Time can be "opened", directly or indirectly; How you do it is up to you.

Are you trying to say that complex mathematical equations are not necessary to figure time travel out? or are you saying we are making it to complicated?

I would still like to see some elaboration on your part of the details pertaining to these grand sweeping statements you make.

It's one thing to say that THIS or THAT is so. It's another thing entirely to explain WHY you think so.

No offense, but the longer one engages in generalities without specifics, the less credible the generalities become.

You're doing a good job setting yourself up as some sort of critic for other peoples opinions, but you haven't qualified it with anything substantial as yet. If you want us to to take you seriously, by all means demonstrate to us why we should.

As you can see, there are several people here who are engaging in well thought out discourses on matters no one seems to totally agree on, but are nevertheless putting forth thought provoking ideas based on reasoned curiosity and experience in communicating details.

We'd like to know WHY you think the things you do. Tell us more about openning these "locked doors" or why you think "time is very real". Perhaps even WHY how we "...choose to define time..." is not important. We'd like to know why YOU think so. At least I would.

Thank you.

I don't think that he/(she?) really know what they're saying. They probarbly just like the sound of their own typing..

A1 - don't hesitate to prove me wrong by adding some actual depth to you comments though..Sorry.

Help I'm a stuck time traveler who must get out before July 12, 1999. Other time travelers would understand the importance of that date and would understand the need to leave before then.

For the rest of you, well may God have mercy.

Humanity might (will) have taken a hit on that day but from the ashes will rise a great society.

Re:Re:closer than you think

Gee, I'm not a time traveller and I'm aware of the fact that the date of which you speak is Nostradamus' prediction of massive destruction from the "SKY".

Not to worry tho, Fermilab is going to conduct a TEVATRON experiment that will suck a black hole from another quadrant of the Galaxy and spew it forth as a white hole through Chicago, possibly BEFORE Nostradamus' infamous date. Who knows, maybe the two will happen simultaneously and cancel each other out.

Don't despair my friend. There is ALWAYS Hope.

...and what is that stuff you're smokin' anyway?
