Clearly Defined TTI TOS and Rules

Thanks to the hard work of KerrTexas and the valuable input of RainmanTime, we now have clearly defined Terms of Service and Rules. There is a new category on the front page of the forums called "Administration" and you will find the TOS and rules in a forum called "Terms of Service and Rules". You cannot comment or reply in that thread but there is also a new "Suggestions" forum for folks to make helpful suggestions.
