Give up your email address and call the toll free number at your own risk. Toll free numbers aren't free for the account holder and putting the number on the Internet risking thousands of calls.

Somehow the website owner has to be making money to pay the bills and s/he doesn't care about web content. As you said it's just a blank boilerplate website that the site owner purchased from Church.com. There's a scam and a rip-off hiding in the weeds there.
