CERN Firing up in June Or July (Brian Cox Ted TV)

Blair,

Do you really need to include your avatar in your signature line? And even if you do, must it be "bigger that life"? It is a bit much.

Thanks,
RMT

Yes

Yes

It is a bit much.
Smaller is way much better for people who vision is not as good as yours.

Gotcha. I understand that having a bad case of "look at me syndrome" can have that affect on ya. Can we be expecting you to move to Hollywood sometime soon? It's just a shame that you really don't look like your avatar... but one can always hope.

So you are arguing that it should be smaller? Interesting. Well, of course, I would agree it should be smaller. But your statement seems a bit confused. Too much rave partying, I guess. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

No intention.

no

After 6 years on this web site you decide that i have "look at me syndrome".

There one thing a time machine cannot do and that is allow you to get to know someone that take time. And after 6 years here you you post about my pic and nothing else.

WOW

A strong knowledge of geometry can help with that sort of thing.

And that is what CERN is about. The geometry of smaller and smaller metrics on spacetime.

Inventing time travel is one thing appliction will be another but you need to be able to understand who people are if your ever going to change the world. That takes time and you need to spend time with that person before you decide if you want to make a change.

We all have our life to live and changing one persons dreams may affect us all.

I have taken the pic down if that makes you happy.

It is about time they fire that puppy up. I watched star trek this weekend. In it Vulcan was converted to a singularity which consumed the planet. It was neat to watch on film. I don,t think that will happen to earth as the LHC protesters think and I am interested to read about what they find.
