How are these men innocent until proven guilty if they are incarcerated? They weren't arrested for having 18 lobsters, the legal limit they were allowed. It was the additional 28 lobsters, which they failed to disclose to Fish and Wildlife, hidden in the bilge. That's NOT "accidentally catching 1 lobster of questionable size" as you state. They WERE NOT and ARE NOT "being held without bail/bond". If you actually "had a clue" concerning what you are talking about, you might know that the indicated " Bond Amount: $0" means, they didn't have to post ANY bond amount to BE RELEASED.
