Robert Beckwith has credentials galore and has many listed in that book. He is CEO of Beckwith Electric Company and has dozens of patents and very interesting stories dating back to WWII and before. He discusses the real purpose of the Philidelpia Experiment with many personal stories that validate what it was really about. It was not the USS Eldridge that teleported but a smaller ship that went back in time 2 weeks briefly before they shut off the power which brought it back to it's point of origin. Apparently there are now a dozen or so U.S. submarines that can teleport and he lists their names. In a tour he took of one of them in 1999 he noticed a light on a cabinet in the sub that said 'Teleportation mode'. Lots of interesting details and theories in this book.
 
Talk of "aether", Tesla, teleportation, WW2, and an evident ignorance of science make for a boring read. Why do people pick this one man (Tesla) out of all the others and pretend he was a god? Why is HAARP so difficult for these people to understand? Why do people claim to have knowledge, skills, and technical background but contradict those statements by omitting mathetmatics and making false claims?

Tesla was a God. The guy responsible for electricity as we know it. The next time you go plug in an appliance or turn on a light, just remember that Tesla made it possible to do that.

Last I read, HAARP was closed down.

False claims using mathematics is the basis for our science today. In case you didn't know.
