3. Nuclear weapons study will give way to antimatter weapons in the year 2040, causing a "major war stalemate" because it would be pointless to attack anyone as that would destroy the world by proxy through nuclear winter annihilating agricultural and natural cycles that keep the world moving, unless smaller armies decide to go to battle, in which case the larger armies will ignore the mild disturbances.
