Rift Surfer
ok folks, i had this nutty idea and i wanted to share it. its crazy, i know, but i wanted to share it...
what if the universe is actually a gigantic piece of paper and it has wind blown against it. what if there are rips in the paper and these are black holes.
has anyone here ever worked in a pipe plant? my basis for this idea was: many years ago, i used to work in a pipe plant. my father used to work the pipe extruder. i used to stack the pipe, which was the less interesting part of this story.
on my fathers end, there would be something that looked like a flat piece of paper with a hole in the middle of it. this is what made the pipe. the plastic would then be fed into the hole, and it would make a perfect hollow pipe of any size and thickness you wanted.
now that i am much older and wiser, thinking back on it, it reminds me of a black hole. maybe scientists could learn something by studying that.
just a nutty thought. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
