In March of 2015, a US Air Force captain named Heather Cole refused to relay nuclear launch codes due a failed PAL (Permissive Action Link). Cole was relieved of duty afterwards and imprisoned at Miramar, San Diego. John Titor specifically mentioned this date regarding the incident.

Last week Ukraine pressed NATO for use of long range missiles against Moscow after Russia explicitly stated that they cannot determine if those missiles are nuclear tipped, and will be forced to launch their entire arsenal if launched upon. Footage is surfacing of multiple 1 Kiloton warheads being used against Russia by NATO.

The largest chemical bomb is the MOAB, with a weight of 22,000lbs and an explosive yield of 11 tons. A kiloton is 1,000 tons for comparison. An 11 ton chemical bomb does not fit on a drone.
