I think time travel is very much
a possible mode of transportation that can
and probably does already exist.
One point of view no one is focusing on
is the rest of our universe, no one can
positively be sure that no other advanced
civilizations are out in this universe,
therefore it may be an accomplished phenomenon which we as a society of this
part of the universe, are yet to discover.
I had a dream when I was living in my
college dormatory back in 1993.
I dreamt of seeing three objects placed
on a table in front of me. One was of a
photo ID I had taken when I was about 7 or
9 years old, another object in the middle
of the 3 was my then current driver's license
and the third object was presumably a family
photo taken, which depicted three people
a man with a crew cut, dressed in casual
attire, another was a woman presumably
his wife, and a third female beside the
couple, noticably younger, presumably the
couple's daughter,
upon waking up from my dream, I had concluded
this was a dream I had of one possible future
that awaited me. Although I woke up and
remembered the dream, looking back, I concluded it was a future picture of me
and whom I would marry and the daughter I'd
have. This made me concerned, and sometimes worried wether or not my dream
was an actual foresight.
As I continue to live out my life, I am
beginning to lessen my belief the photo
I had dreamed was one which would depict
a true circumstance in the future.
However, with the continuing advancement
of technology and my continuing fascination
for technology, I believe it time travel
is / will be a realized concept.
