If most people could understand the manuals and the theories that the machine worked on maybe.

But then the amount of money need would be a hell of a lot more than any one on these forums has (just a guess), also we don't have the blue prints of that the parts are made out of, different metals conduct things differentaly ya' know.

John also did not post the entire manual, unless I've missed it, which I doubt.
