To provide just a very few examples of what OvrLrdLegion is referring to when he discusses the balance of (0 and 1)... Consider how the numerical linear model described by the subject line of this post might relate to the following concepts in human language and understanding:

Expansion wave.............><.............Contraction wave
Increasing complexity......><.............Decreasing complexity
Creative force.............><.............Destructive force
What you want..............><.............What you get
Envision & build...........><.............Test & evaluate
Command it to be...........><.............Perceive as it is
Outward spiral.............><.............Inward spiral
Individual creation........><.............Universal perception
System controls............><.............System senses
Giving outward.............><.............Receiving inward
What I do..................><.............What I perceive
Positive entropy...........><.............Negative entropy
Waxing.....................><.............Waning
Projective.................><.............Integrative
To speak...................><.............To listen

There are certainly infinitely more such (0 & 1) dualistic balances. In fact, I would encourage readers of this post to add a reply with their own suggestions for other balanced statements of the form:

(+++++++++)................><.............(---------)

Here is another one that relates to Qabalistic teachings:

Lightning Flash of Creation...><...Tree Snake of Interpretation

Is it possible we can relate this simple form to many different "truths" of our "reality"?

Matter-In-Motion

Here is another pairing to think about:

Matter.............><.............Motion
Mass/Time.......><......Space/Time

That's cute, Creedo...whatever it means. But I do need to clear-up a few misconceptions from your post:

mated with the design data made from the XF-23 Black Widow superjet program, which came out of then McDonald Douglas, this former company having now been purchased by Boeing.

1) It was/is the YF-23. X-planes are never intended for production contracts, only as research vehicles. Y-planes are specifically for production contract fly-off purposes.
2) It actually came out of a teaming arrangement between Northrop (the prime contractor) and McDonnell-Douglas (major subcontractor).
3) The aerodynamic design was Northrop's. Interestingly enough, the only remaining YF-23 is currently in the hangar right outside my office, undergoing overhaul so it can be placed in the Air and Space Museum extension at Langley Field.
4) By all technical evaluations, the YF-23 actually won the fly-off. The selection of Lockheed's YF-22 was mostly for political reasons of levying the playing field. At the time, Northrop had the largest contract from the DoD in the B-2 bomber program. Given the operational success of the Northrop B-2, and the current pains in trying to get the F-22 to its Initial Operating Capability, I bet the USAF wishes they could make that decision again.
5) The YF-23 is optimized first for radar stealth and second for terrestrial aerodynamics. Any implied applicability of this vehicle to exoatmospheric space transportation is quite uninformed.

That is all...back to the normal thread.

Re: coucil decree:

Creedo,

I did do a paper for NASA, which was key on shuttle tile aerodynamics.

Was that a NASA TP or TR? Number please! I'd be happy to review this paper in the NASA archives (which I have access to) if you simply provide the appropriate reference.

In two to three days time, you should notice odd effects with both your car computer and your personally owned P,C.

Mess with my Vette and you are bound to release demons the likes of which you have never seen. My last PC was devoured by a hack-attack...but this one is quite secure, I assure you.

The rest of the human race is in your hands now Ray?

That would warrant a significant pay raise, I do believe!
Even so, it will have to wait, as I was just called on today to spend some time on a USAF program that needs some controls work. I likely won't be back on space activities until SEP or OCT at the earliest.

Re: coucil decree:

This is what you're up against Ray, only much, much, more!?

The real wizard's council is extremely powerful and still functions.

You have no choice but to follow my orders, and there is nothing, no magic potion, charm, saying, anti-magic, be it black or white, to reverse this decree.

If something happens to me, then you will never be relaced from this decree, nor your heirs.

I'm saying simply, if this opportunity does exist, then you must honestly peruse it.

If you don't, then your fate, under the council of real wizard's, under Order Of Merlin, is forever sealed.

This seems to be related to time travel. Is it the curse theory of time travel?

Just so as you are aware, Rainman does not stand alone!!!

Your decree has been removed , it has been dissassembled, transformed and placed within the sky as a rainbow and washed away, erased forever.

Re: The Fire is Out

The fire is out, the spent warmth thereof,
(This is the end of every song man sings!)
The golden wine is drunk, the dregs remain,
Bitter as wormwood and as salt as pain;
And health and hope have gone the way of love
Into the drear oblivion of lost things,
Ghosts go along with us until the end;
This was a mistress, this, perhaps a friend.
With pale, indifferent eyes, we sit and wait
For the dropt curtain and the closing of the gate:
This is the end of all the songs man sings.

Re: The Fire is Out

I don't agree with what you said nor how you put it.

Read the Khyla interview in the book E.T. Friends And Foes.

Man is not man, but a conglomerate of many differing alien influences.

Overt Legion' sing this song for yourself?

My apologies to Rainmantime.

I would never presume anything upon you, that I could not do myself.

Re: The Fire is Out

No, it is from a sci-fi book regarding time travelling. The characters are set at the end of time.
However, it does reflect my mood at times. It does come to mind when watching the news and seeing all the hate in the world.

Re: The Fire is Out

I don't think like you.

I'm terrified as of events lately, as NASA has finally admitted, that our sun is a white dwarf and not a yellow sun as once thought.

I'm thinking of my options if space travel should ever fully materialize.

Re: The Fire is Out

I don't think like you.

That is probably a blessing, Sir Creedo299.

There is a story of a civilization that noticed a vast fleet of space ships was on its way to their planet. The civilization knew these space travellers were barbaric, and would make their world a terrible place.

The distance was such that it gave them time to prepare for the arrival of the warlike travellers, however, they were a very peaceful civilization and it was against thier beliefs to harm anyone.

What they did was advance themselves on the evolutionary scale, changing their frequency of existence, and shifted into another realm of existence. When the space travellers arrived they were astonished to find everybody of the planet was gone.

Re: The Fire is Out

Apologies accepted, Creedo. But I never really took offense, or was worried. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif But thanks to OvrLrdLegion for watching my mystical back! ;-)

However, I do see that you have deleted your two larger posts in this thread, Creedo. I do think I would like to follow some of Trollface's more valid debating mechanisms and ask that you provide some evidence for a few things... not to put you on the spot, but rather to understand the facts around some points you are making. The first one was this response from me:

Was that a NASA TP or TR? Number please! I'd be happy to review this paper in the NASA archives (which I have access to) if you simply provide the appropriate reference.

If you did write such a paper, and NASA implemented some of that technology, I would be honestly interested in reading it. Can you help me with specific references?

I'm terrified as of events lately, as NASA has finally admitted, that our sun is a white dwarf and not a yellow sun as once thought.

This is even more relevant and pertinent than your paper on space shuttle tiles. Do you have some NASA references, maybe even a NASA URL, in which this admission is spelled-out? I do try to keep up on lots of NASA goings-on with respect to space science, but I can't possibly read it all.

Can you help out with these, Creedo? Thanks,
RMT

Re: The Fire is Out

Can you help out with these, Creedo? Thanks,

Your asking Creedo to help? Bwaaaaaa haa haa! He's the Ray Charles/Helen Keller of the posting board!

What kind of answer do you realistically think your gonna get? /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Though, I'd like to add one of my own to your thread,

By means of microscopic observation and astronomical projection the lotus flower can become the foundation for an entire theory of the universe and an agent whereby we may perceive Truth...

The pure white lotus flower, the only plant to fruit and flower simultaneously, emerges from the depths of the muddy swamp. Growing from the mud at the bottom of ponds and streams, the exquisite Lotus flower rises above the water and is usually white or pink with 15 or more oval spreading petals and a peculiar flat seedcase at its center. A symbol of creation and rebirth, because at night the flower closes and sinks underwater, at dawn it rises and opens again. The seeds have a thick waxy coat which inhibit the entry of water and oxygen which can remain in a prolonged dorment/quiescent state and can germinate 200 years after they are shed...

Re:Fire burns hot, oh God girl, cry.

I want to say this, as CAT is looking for a soft underbelly to score on.

She always does till someone kicks her back.

I know where, when who and what parts to get in eastern Russia.

I know how to get into the Boeing data base, to spin off those upgrades that would make the TU2000 an airmen's dream to fly.

I would love it, revel in it, demand of the Russian conscripts, till we got every part of the redesigned bird, flawless.

But the secondary question arises CAT.This is, where we going to go with this bird, once she finished?

And the mob runs everything in the new empire.

How long would it be till Rainman and I were sitting in the office having teas from my favorite samovar, till a couple of rough looking Russians came in, and demanded a piece of the action?

I love Russia. It's like a woman to me, begging to be lived in.

However the Russia I love, went out with the late 1800s and early 1930s, now replaced by something else.

They have the know-how, but the key to get in the door.

Yes' it is a refrigerated flexible hull, which has a constant movement of refigerat plus a special metal alloy, that lets one fly her back into the Earth's atmosphere.

The takeoff profiles of the X-23 were so quick, that it ripped the wheel well doors off and the F-15 that was following her, had to go full AB, while the X23 was only in fan mode.

Russian vodka, I like with a little ice and a spot of orange juice, drunk slowly.
