Sleep: Form of time travel

Have you actually thought about how sleep could be a form of time travel before?


I mean think about it: You close your eyes at 11 o' clock, 10 seconds later, it's nine in the morning! Sure it isn't the best way to time travel, I mean you age, and you can only go to the future, but it sure is the easiest! All you need is your body and some sleep pills!
