If u found a portal outside your house (A) and went back in time a stopped your self movin there u would live in another house (B), but then u would have never found the portal at house (A) so would not have been able to go bck in time to stop yourself movin there so u would be at house (A), so u would of found the portal ....

A classic paradox... There seems to be so many of them these days. One possible solution is that you wouldn't be creating any sort of paradox. When you go back in time you might just be entering another timeline, not effecting a single thing in your own timeline. In the new timeline you never found a portal in the first place. At least I think that's how it goes.
