To Everyone I am going to try and communicate with aliens and other planets or worlds as well as other people around the world I am going to do an experiment with a device I have and try everything if I succeed then that is fine but if I fail then that is my problem I say this because Tesla and Macroni did it then anyone can also I might build a bigger one later if I am not short on money of course! This experiment is private it isn't a black project or government project but mine alone.
