A black hole is a hole in space, whos to say that in entering it would be able to travel in time? maybe it would just simply work as a shortcut in distance not in time? ( does that make sense hehe )

Rather than what I heard myself that the infinite mass thing is simply based on a mathematical error nobody seemed to challenge.
