I need some info on dreams

Me and a few friends are signed up in a science fair and our subject is dreams.

I wanted some info on dreams but not just typical information with the NREM and the REM but more like lucid dreams, how they come about etc ...

Then I remembered this site, were the scientists here were, well I dont really know how to say it, have an opened mind ?

I wanted to know what kind of info you guy's could give me on the chemistry of dreams, why and how ... and if you have any other theory's then the official ones i'd like to know them too.
