if we are living in the present, then time travel would not be possible to the future. right? if we could go to the future, then our time is not really the present but the past for others.
 
Right. Don't think about it too much, or you might drive yourself crazy

Really, the present is not a point in time, but the time that an observer is currently in. (Which always changes.)
