Frank Tipler books anyone???

I have asked this before, but does anyone have any Frank Tipler books?

I am especially looking for "Frank Tipler's: The Physics Of Immortality"! Amazon charge too much to post to me, and the UK Amazon book isn't available for weeks.

I don't have it, but some Barnes and Nobel stores keep the phone numbers of "book hunters" on hand to help people find out of print books and they have found really off the wall books for me. Ask the managers of any regular book store. They usually know these people.
