If so where would one go to procure? If not maybe some speculation as to the thought
behind this?

I take it by the silence of the other readers that these items are either unknown or ficticious.
Obvious if I had one, I would not sell it (especially for such a low price) Just wanted to know if
anyone else had heard of these and this Institute seemed to be the place to go for answers.
