You can create tones by themselves, but I found an app for iOs called Frequencies that will play music containing these and other frequencies. I've found it really helpful to do them while I'm in bed. You can create a playlist with their music. There are literally hundreds. They also have some pure tones if you need that. These are in addition to the ones I already posted.
