In the equations for transforming between reference frames (Lorentz Transformations) one might discard faster than light (FTL) (v > c) as the result yields an imaginary number. However, I considered the possibility that complex numbers themselves, represent Spacetime coordinates. It is almost a mathematically tautology that they do so. I even re-derived the transformations, and they result in the same formulae, as the imaginary components cancel out in the solving of the system of equations. Now, if you consider space coordinates the real component and temporal coordinates the imaginary component, speeds slower than light (STL) (v < c) result in the same transf…

Hello Everyone, I am not a time traveler. but a normal human who loves to study theoretical science. okay, let's get back on topic. There there are many ways to harvest particles. particle harvesting is actually being done today at CERN labs and other particle accelerator. the question is it possible for us normal human's normal citizens of America or other countries to make particle accelerators at home. now if you haven't noticed a particle accelerator takes over tens and thousands of square miles of land. would it be possible for us to make a scaled-down version of this particle accelerator. "yes" it is very possible to make a scaled-down version of a particle a…

ANNA GRASSELLINO, THE ITALIAN ENGINEER WHO WILL BUILD THE QUANTUM SUPER COMPUTER Anna Grassellino is a 39-year-old Italian electronic engineer, graduated from the University of Pisa and awarded the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers in 2017 by Barack Obama, an award to the most promising professionals in scientific research. From December 2019, deputy director of the American particle physics laboratory Fermilab in Chicago, for the advancement of key technologies in energy physics, she will also direct the National Quantum Information Science Research Center, a program worth 115 million dollars, entrusted by the US Department of Energy, which wil…

Time Traveler: A Scientist's Personal Mission to Make Time Travel a Reality, by Doctor Ronald Mallet Basically, Dr. Mallett shares his life story about how he became interested in time travel. The death of his father ignited his imagination and launched him on a journey to discover a way to meet him once again. I've only read about half the book, but so far it's pretty interesting. Dr. Mallett had to deal with the military, discrimination, etc. I'll give a full book review if I ever finish it! Has anyone read the entire book?

I have a question (by the way this leads to other things) if you are on an island and everyone is working on making a boat (but they don't know how) who is working on a map or figuring out how to navigate the waters? Once the boat is built, are they floating in circles going no where, or do we have a direction and a goal? How do you do it if you have never been off the island and never driven a boat (if one is ever built)?

Not sure if this qualifies as "legitimate" Time Travel? Since it was simulated in a Quantum computer, I don't know why they are calling it "time reversal." I think it's a misnomer, but interesting anyway. My understanding is that most "quantum phenomenon" are "outside of space and time" but this is "Quantum computing time" which is an entirely different animal! I really don't claim to understand the importance or science! If someone can "dumb it down" for me i'd appreciate it! https://phys.org/news/2020-08-thermal-chaos-quantum-unknown.html

The Society for American Archaeology has weighed in on Graham Hancock's latest flapdoodly crapola with an entire issue of their journal dedicated to addressing the idiocy Hancock spewed out and then declined to defend. Yes, he declined to defend any of it right there in his book! Sort of a "2% variance" kind of thing but even more blatant. Here's the link: Journal - the SAA Archaeological Record. Happy reading. For our new members: A singularity is black hole. This thread assumes black holes exist. I am a believer that time travel is possible via math. What one does with the math, I can only guess, as I am not an engineer or scientist, but in my most humble opinion, I feel math proves time travel is possible. I will first refer to a quote by the infamous John Titor himself. Read more here: http://www.microsingularity.net/using-math-for-time-travel/ Basically, what I am showing is that the torus or doughnut is mathematically possible. Questions to ponder and discuss: Could we time travel by accessing points outside the torus? Do we really need to go …

Time Machines are what intrigue me the most when discussing Time Travel. I'm always interested in how they work in fiction, but I've always been curious as to what the "groundbreaking discovery" will be that allows us to make Time Machines in real life. I think this "groundbreaking discovery" will be negative mass, or whats known as "Exotic Matter", essentially a type of matter that displays properties that oppose that of gravity (anti-gravity). I'm starting this discussion so you can reply with what you think will be that discovery and how it will progress Time Travel research. Please share any ideas and theories of your own as well.

Is metaphysics an accepted physical science? Can it effect physical time and space (if time and space is physical)? Rhonda Byrne writes about physically manifesting the future into now. The Secret and 3 books that follow. So if you want to manifest time machine then create a learning language. I don't know the science of The Time Travelers Wife so I don't know what that is.

I'm going to be thinking a series of YouTube videos that will help understand the physics behind time travel most of them will involve plasma as well as microwaves and exotic vacuum objects also known as charge clusters ball lightning YouTube of safire project showing transmutation Bob Greener teleportation of with nova device showing exotic vacuum objects marks Bob Greenyer on Hutchison effect Bob Greenyer describing Evo shape atch this one will add as needed

What are the similarities and differences with this time machine in the arxiv link and John Titor's descriptions of his time machine with its Tipler sinusoid? https://arxiv.org/abs/1803.08214 A time machine is an isolation machine due to it being surrounded by an event horizon. Therefore Schrodinger's cat is not in a box but behind an event horizon isolated from the outside world... A Kerr black hole seems to be similar to a torus with its ring singularity... https://www.daviddarling.info/encyclopedia/K/Kerr_black_hole.html

Wormholes seem more like a quantum phenomena and macroscopic wormholes might be related to spinning black holes. Time dilation due to the intense gravity of black holes causes time to slow down and light to be extremely redshifted. The light cannot escape the event horizon of the black hole so its path becomes a circular... But the late Stephen Hawking described how particles can escape black holes through Hawking radiation which seems to describe something like quantum tunneling for the escapee particles and thus black holes also radiate. The smaller they are, the more they radiate. I suspect that wormholes can be described as a kind of macroscopic quantum tunneling ...h…

Most people who have read the John Titor posts have heard him mention a microsingularity when describing his time travel device. Have you ever wondered what it was? Well, in the most simple of terms, it is a minature black hole. It is a black hole that must not exceed a certain mass. You can read a little more about them here: http://www.microsingularity.net/what-is-a-microsingularity/ So, what is your opinion? Do they really exist? Can they assist time travel? How? The biggest problem I see would be creating one. What are the implications? Is CERN really trying to create them?

Time travel entails inducement and manipulation of a time dilation field, which is currently pure science fiction. But, hypothetically speaking, it may be possible for a very technologically advanced civilization to construct a time machine... Construct a time machine with magnets... These guys are cosmologists so engineering propulsion devices by manipulating the stiffness of space-time is not their main interest... It would probably also require some very powerful magnetic fields for an anti-gravity craft to levitate near the surface of the Earth... Magnetism stiffens space-time... Chronons are hypothetical particles of time. Hypothetically …
